“Our mission at MetPlus.org is rooted in uplifting communities, and there is no better way to do that than by supporting the next generation,” said Chet and Dr. Sarah Pitts, CoFounders of MetPlus.org. “We are thrilled to partner with Detroit Public Schools to bring smiles, opportunities, and support to the incredible students in our hometown this holiday season.”

Carver STEM Academy of Detroit Public Schools, praised MetPlus.org’s commitment: “This extraordinary act of kindness exemplifies the power of community partnerships. MetPlus.org is helping us show our students they are valued and supported, not just academically, but personally.”

MetPlus.org encourages other organizations to join in their commitment to enriching the lives of Detroit’s youth. Together, we can continue to build a brighter future for our city.

But that’s just the beginning. MetPlus.org is taking its commitment to the community even further by working toward the development of a premier Senior Village, with plans to invest nearly $10 million in this transformative project. MetPlus.org is making a major impact and exemplifying true generosity.

What’s more, they’re not waiting until the Senior Village is complete to start caring for seniors. While development is underway, MetPlus.org is already offering vital medical and non-medical services to seniors currently covered by Molina Insurance. These services include transportation, essential needs, errand assistance, meal support, and much more.

If you know a senior in need of assistance, MetPlus.org is now accepting new participants, ensuring that seniors receive the care and support they deserve today.
